Ned’s Declassified’s Devon Werkheiser spoke out after a video of his former Nickelodeon costar Tylor Chase surfaced. The Dec. 20 clip showed Tylor experiencing homelessness in the streets of Riverside, California, sparking concern from fans. In a Dec. 22 interview with TMZ, Devon shared his reaction, calling Tylor a “sensitive, sweet, and kind kid” and said it was “heartbreaking to see him this way.” Devon’s hope is that Tylor can get the resources he needs.
