Tatiana Schlossberg, granddaughter of JFK, dead at 35 after battle with leukemia: ‘in our hearts’
Tatiana Schlossberg has died just one month after she announced her battle with acute myeloid leukemia. She was 35. “Our beautiful Tatiana passed away this morning,” the JFK Library Foundation, on behalf of Schlossberg’s extended family, announced via Instagram. “She will always be in our hearts.” The message was signed by her family, “George, Edwin and Josephine Moran Ed, Caroline, Jack, Rose and Rory.” Schlossberg — who shared her diagnosis in an essay for the New Yorker, published in November — was initially diagnosed in May 2024 and had been given just a year to live.

I wish they would say dies instead of dead. It sounds way more respectful.
