Alicia Silverstone is back at the Critics Choice Awards after 23 years! On Jan 4, the actress spoke with Access Hollywood’s Scott Evans on the red carpet where she recalled how her bathtub scene in Yorgos Lanthimos’ “Bugonia,” which is nominated at the award ceremony, came to life with the help of the director. “I was lucky enough to work with Yorgos Lanthimos seven years ago on “The Killing a Sacred Deer.” He is my favorite. He is a brilliant genius. And when he asked me to do this, I was so honored,” she began, adding, “But the visuals that you saw were not on the page. That’s Yorgos.” The “Clueless” star also raved over costars Emma Stone and Jesse Plemons, calling their performances “extraordinary.” Plus, the 49-year-old teased if she had a New Years Eve midnight kiss before revealing what her “vibe” is for 2026.
