‘Duck Dynasty’ alum John Godwin said his daughter Johanna Mata gave birth to twins Cassandra and Isabella “too early,” leading the baby girls to be hospitalized in the NICU. Godwin revealed on ‘The Duck Room’ podcast Jan. 1 that his daughter had to be hospitalized for preeclampsia, a pregnancy condition that can lead to serious fatal complications. “She said, ‘Ya’ll need to get up here,’” Godwin recalled. “They fixing to have ya’ll grandkids.” Godwin’s grandbabies spent a total of 16 days in the NICU before returning home Jan. 4.
