Katie Price has issued a firm denial after claims circulated that she was failing to maintain her rented home in West Sussex.
Reports suggested refuse had been piling up outside the £4,500-a-month property near Horsham, prompting the 47-year-old to address the allegations directly on social media.
Ms Price insisted the visible clutter was simply Christmas waste that had not yet been collected, describing it as “Christmas rubbish waiting for the bin collection, like many families”.
She stressed that the area has since been cleared and rejected suggestions the property was being neglected.

To support her claims, Ms Price shared footage on Instagram Stories showing the exterior of the home tidy and free of debris.
“There is absolutely no truth to the idea that I’m letting my home become dirty or neglected,” she said.
She explained that earlier images showed “a few bags and leftover boxes that hadn’t been collected yet” due to festive delays.
The television personality said she was frustrated by the coverage, describing it as “really disappointing” to see the situation turned into a story “without the full picture”.

Ms Price said the issue was the result of routine holiday disruption rather than poor housekeeping.
Concerns had previously been raised by local residents after photographs appeared to show refuse sacks, discarded boxes and debris outside the three-bedroom barn conversion.
Neighbours were reported to have feared the property was deteriorating, with one source claiming it was “going the same way as her old place”.
The remark referenced Ms Price’s former Sussex home, dubbed the “Mucky Mansion”, from which she was evicted following financial difficulties.

Drone footage highlighting the proximity of neighbouring homes reportedly intensified concerns among residents.
Ms Price hit back at what she described as unbalanced reporting, urging outlets to show “a bit more balance” when covering her daily life.
She criticised what she said was a tendency to resurrect past narratives about her housekeeping.
“I don’t appreciate old narratives being dragged out just to generate clicks,” she said.

The mother-of-five argued that scrutiny over “normal everyday stuff like bin collection and general housekeeping” was disproportionate.
“I’m a mum. I am human,” she added.
Ms Price said the episode reflected her wider frustration with routine domestic matters being sensationalised.
This isn’t the first time the model has called out the press for what she deems unfavourable reporting.

Following a bankruptcy hearing at the Rolls Building in London in 2024, Ms Price lashed out at reporters seated in the public gallery.
“I hope you reporters write a good story today, won’t you — all the b******t that you write, scumbags,” she said as she left the court.
In 2025, Ms Price also used her own platform, The Katie Price Show podcast, to accuse journalist Miranda Sawyer of being a “liar”.
The comments came after Ms Sawyer claimed on another podcast that Ms Price had bullied her during an interview in 2022.
That same year, Ms Price issued what she described as a “clear warning” to the tabloid press and mainstream media via social media.
She called for factual reporting to replace what she characterised as “sensationalist coverage” and biased narratives about her life.
