Cancer survivor Kate Middleton marks 44th birthday with message about healing after ‘darkest season’

Kate Middleton gave Mother Nature a shoutout on her 44th birthday.

The Princess of Wales posted a serene video via Instagram Friday of herself strolling outdoors as she spoke in a voiceover about enduring the “coldest, darkest season.” The royal told her followers, “Winter has a way of bringing us stillness, patience and quiet consideration. The stream slows just enough for us to see our own reflection, to discover the deepest parts of ourselves alongside the whispers and the pulse of every living thing.”

  1. A Beautiful Message from A Beautiful Princess, Happy Birthday HRH Catherine Princess of Wales. America wishes you Health, Happiness and Years of Honoring the UK with your Special, Evergiving Mothering and Fine Work for the People and Children, And Your Family, Bless You. ❤

  2. Short in minutes, long in offspin as it covers so many different angles. Indeed, recollections might vary. I wish all five in your family will be spared medical or family problems in 2026.. The less is said, the better. Keep going!!.

  3. Priviliged detached person whose only job is life is to be a celebrity and not even by any merit other than being bred for it. Archeic ridiculous crown establishment of people who like bees or ants in a hive are bred for "royalty". Many worthy people died of cancer and hunger this year while you slowly and performatively narrated your cliche video…
