Timothy Busfield’s Shocking Child Sex Abuse Case Explained

Timothy Busfield faced a judge for the first time on Jan. 14 after surrendering in New Mexico and being booked on two counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor and one count of child abuse. The “West Wing” and “thirtysomething” actor has not yet entered a plea and will stay in custody at least until his next hearing, set to take place within five business days of his initial court appearance. He previously denied the allegations in a video statement obtained by TMZ. NBC News entertainment correspondent Chloe Melas has been closely following the case and notes to Access Hollywood how Busfield’s lawyer claims that his client was never on the run despite U.S. Marshals looking for him.

    1. …..I believe Macaulay Culkin and Corey Haim Feldmen re Michael Jackson kind person never did anything. I think the firing of the two boys is whose putting them up to this. A few of the Michael Jackson accusers admitted they too were put up to it. This is just awful. Terrible thing to say if untrue because it sticks.

    2. It’s odd that this man has never had any accusations and at 60 he’s being accused. PDFiles usually aren’t created over night. I’m holding off my judgement.
