Gisele Bündchen is wearing her heart on her sleeve — and her jewelry.
The supermodel, 45, shared an Instagram post recapping some recent moments spent with family. Included in her carousel was a selfie showing off her new accessory — a necklace dedicated to her children and new husband, Joaquim Valente.

Made by Katharina Junkert, the necklace is 18K yellow gold and features four diamond letter charms: a “J” for Valente, and a “B,” “V” and “A” for her three children — Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, (whom she shares with ex-husband Tom Brady) and her new baby boy, whom she welcomed with Valente in February 2025 and whose full first name has not been revealed. (A source previously told PEOPLE that the baby’s middle name is River.)

Bündchen’s necklace is a version of Katharina Junkert’s Melis necklace and was handmade in Germany. She was photographed wearing the jewelry on a casual bike ride with Valente in September.
All initials can be seen in a product photo shared on the jeweler’s Instagram, while a partial view of the necklace can be seen in Bündchen’s selfie with her twin sister Patricia.
Since her third child’s birth, Bündchen has been updating her wardrobe with sentimental pieces, giving a nod to her family of five.
In August, the cookbook author revealed her new custom English brand Globe Trotter luxury luggage, which was made to bear the initials of every family member. Combined, the 11 bags had an estimated worth of over $30,000.

On Dec. 31, Bündchen reflected on the “deep lessons and profound growth” she experienced in 2025, writing how “becoming a mother again reshaped everything — time, my priorities, my heart.”
“I’m grateful for these sacred moments that changed me in ways words can’t fully hold,” she continued.
Bündchen also hit another exciting milestone this past December, marrying the Jiu-Jitsu instructor in a ceremony in Surfside, Fla., on Dec. 3, according to marriage records reviewed by PEOPLE. Page Six was first to report the news at the time. The couple, who began dating in June 2023, was married at their home in a small ceremony, according to TMZ.
