    1. This is stupid the dog bit her son so she re homed it, better rehoming than putting down because sadly a lot of people put dogs down after even the tiniest of bites.

    2. I was bitten when I was around 6 months old, Dad took the brave step of having the dog put down, (let's be clear I'm now an adult and a dog lover), I have reflected over the years was that the correct decision, hell yes it was, my father protected me, that was his job, that's her job to, a dog potentially ripping flesh from a child, or killing the child, Swift action has to be taken. Oh BTW, my father has been dead for many years.

    3. Okay but the dog lived and rehomed tho so what the heck did she do wrong? Many dogs ended in a kill shelter after just one bite, some got a bullet lodged in their skull after a bite.
She should be applauded not under fire.

    4. These people don’t have kids that’s why they don’t understand. They act like their FUR BABIES 😂what a joke to compare, are more important than the safety of their children.

    5. She made the right decision. No one knows what the doggie would do next time. At least she didn't put the doggie on the street but re-homed the doggie with her own parents.
There are parents who no longer have their babies because the family dog mauled them and it turned fatal.🫂😰

    6. All thats going on in the world…and yall are mad she rehomed the dog? Its her dog. She can send the dog back to where she got it on the first fay if she wanted. Like please yall.

    7. I dunno… she’s one of my faves …. However I’m not giving up my dog just cause I have a baby… not to mention her kid is 3 … it’s called responsibility that you sign up for. Isn’t that a common sense risk when you have a dog and baby … happy she just gave it to her mom though that’s what Mae same feel better

    8. Chihuahua here is the key.
If she was talking about a pit bull I could understand, but we are talking about a chihuahua, for how much I used to love Jennifer, this time I really think she's one of those that when gets bored or has a bigger thing to follow, she move forward to the next thing.

    9. Simple search & found list of others who abandoned/rehomed their pets
      * Bet a LOT of them came from breeders instead of shelters/rescues

karTRASHians: 9 animals as of 2016
      Bieber: monkeys aren't pets!!
      Pink: rehomed dog to dad
UFC Fighter Frank Shamrock: 2019 tied dog in parking lot for 4 days

    11. Why automatically blame the dog? Maybe the child did something to the dog. I remember a case where a dog was euthanized for biting a child, but it was discovered the child had stuck a pencil in the dogs ear.

    12. People to need to understand that some dogs and other animals just don’t do well with small children that it does not have to do with training necessarily. She gave the dog a safe and calm environment, where the daughter doesn’t have to worry about small kids and I can be more relaxed.

    13. I’m sorry, but if it comes between the dog and your child, the child always wins. It’s not like she killed the dog over the incident. She rehomed it. That’s what you’re supposed to do. And I don’t even like Jennifer Lawrence, but yeah, she did the right thing.

    14. No one should have an opinion on how she keeps her child safe. Even if the child did something, it proves that she is also protecting the dog from the child. Mind the business that pays you. 1:04

    15. She did the right thing. A parents' responsibility is to keep their children safe, and a dog that bites your child is not something you want. And I don't understand why people are upset. She gave the dog to her parents, so it's not like she abandoned it by sending it to a shelter or tossing it in the trash or leaving it on the side of the road or the many other horrible things I've read about people doing. She gave it a loving home with her parents. ❤
