Meghan Markle has shared an emotional new video with Prince Harry, which was filmed by their daughter, Princess Lilibet. The Duchess of Sussex took to her official Instagram account late on Friday night to share an appreciation post about her husband.

It featured a photograph of the Sussex couple in Botswana from 2016, laughing and embracing each other as they posed for the camera. But it also featured a short, black and white video of them in 2026 dancing in their garden in Montecito, California, before sharing a kiss.

Meghan said the video was taken by their own four-year-old daughter.

The post featured the message: “When 2026 feels just like 2016….you had to be there. [camera emoji] cred: our daughter”

The Sussexes previously shared the Botswana photo during their Netflix docuseries, Harry & Meghan.

It holds a special place in Harry and Meghan’s hearts as the two went on a five-day trip there for their third date in 2016.

Harry said in the docuseries: “This woman that I’ve only met twice. She’s coming to Botswana and we’re going to be living in a tent for five days.”

Elsewhere, he said: “It just felt so right, and it felt so normal.

“That was when it just hit me, like, ‘Okay, this girl, this woman is amazing, is everything I’ve been looking for, and she’s so comfortable and so relaxed in my company.'”

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have recently hit another milestone as January 8 marked six years since they took the dramatic decision to step down as senior working royals.
