The anonymous art group ‘The Secret Handshake’ have erected a 10-foot-tall replica of Trump’s birthday card to Jeffrey Epstein on the National Mall this morning. Visitors are encouraged to sign the card with their own personal message to the administration.

• Located across from the U.S. Capitol on 3rd Street Northwest between Madison Drive and Jefferson Drive, the card says "Happy birthday to a 'terrific guy!'" on one side.

• The card went up overnight and will stay up on the Mall until Friday, Jan. 23, according to organizers.
