Jaime King is getting divorced just seven months after her engagement announcement.
Austin Sosa filed for divorce from King, the actress known for the “Hart of Dixie” on Thursday, according to court records obtained by TMZ.
Though neither have publicly shared exactly when they got married, Jaime King confirmed her engagement in September, but the exact wedding date appears to be a mystery.
PEOPLE reported in July 2025 that the couple were engaged. King’s rep later confirmed the news to PEOPLE, saying that the actress is “grateful” for the support from fans.
King shared on Juicy Scoop podcast that the two initially “met through mutual friends.”
Austin popped the question with two engagement rings.
“I feel like my engagement is to myself, in the best way,” King said in an October interview with Us Weekly. “To me, an engagement is really about a love for oneself.”
Jaime and Sosa were still good as of Jan. 6, when her rep told “Us Weekly” the actress was “very happy in her relationship.”
