Blake Lively Emailed Ben Affleck for Help Amid Justin Baldoni Drama | E! News
Blake Lively was calling in favors during post-production of ‘It Ends With Us.’ One came in the form of an email seemingly to her ‘The Town’ costar and director, Ben Affleck, asking for feedback on her cut of the Colleen Hoover adaptation. In the May 2024 email, which was part of a court filing obtained by E! News, Lively detailed her post-production back-and-forth with Baldoni, claiming she “ended up rewriting and restructuring the entire script” of ‘It Ends With Us,’ which was officially written by Christy Hall. (The recipient’s last name is redacted from the filing, but Lively’s references throughout the email refer to details about Affleck’s life and work.) In the e-mail, Lively referred to Baldoni as her “chaotic clown ‘director’/actor/producer/financier/studio head.” E! He was targetted and set up from the get go. Then, Blake and Ryan decided to use SH claims to take over the movie rights and sequel, this was an evil cunning plan from start to finish and now, they have been exposed as power hungry bullies.
