The couple made a rare appearance alongside their three children — son James Wilkie, 23, and twin daughters Tabitha Hodge and Marion Loretta Elwell, both 16 — at a release party for Marc Shaiman’s new book Never Mind the Happy at Sardi’s in New York City on Monday, Jan. 26.
In one picture, the family of five could be seen posing with Shaiman, 66, as they smiled for the camera. They all appeared to wear casual outfits, with the exception of Broderick, 63, who wore a checkered red suit jacket with a matching checkered tie.
Parker, 60, wore black pants with a matching black button-down top. Marion Loretta could be seen wearing a beige button-down top, which she paired with jeans, while Tabitha Hodge wore a green sweater with dark corduroy pants. James Wilkie wore black pants and a gray t-shirt for the event.

In another snap, the father and son could be showing off their similar grins as they posed side-by-side for a photo.
Parker and Broderick have primarily kept their children out of the public eye and rarely make public appearances with them.
However, the twins joined Parker at the opening night of Smash on Broadway in April, and James Wilkie has also joined his parents on the red carpet for special occasions, including at the premiere of And Just Like That… at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City in 2021.
It appears that the kids are following in their parents’ famous footsteps when it comes to certain things. Broderick previously revealed that James Wilkie is “trying to act a little bit,” while Parker shared that her daughters take a couple of styling tips from her — though not as much as they used to.
“The sad truth is they don’t fit them anymore. Their feet are the wrong size, and it’s not going backwards. Thus far, they’re not really raiding my closet or anything,” she told W Magazine last year.
“… They like clothing, but it’s not playing an oversize role in their life,” she continued. “They definitely have ideas about how they want to feel and look when they walk out the door, but they don’t seem particularly distracted [by it].”

The celebrity couple, who tied the knot in 1997, has also opened up about their parenting mentality in the past, and making sure their children understand the value of money and what it means to build something from scratch.
“You want your children to understand what it means to earn money, what it takes to earn money, the value of it,” Parker said on iHeartRadio’s Table for Two with Bruce Bozzi in 2023.
“I think it’s a great way of living for children, that their needs are met — to be fed, safe and loved. The important things in life: books and food and interesting experiences, and they’re warm in the winter and cool in summer. But they should pine for things, they should want things,” she added.
