One subplot was enough. I wasn't fan but hey, I'll get through one subplot just so I can enjoy the main plot š

If theyāre going to incorporate any subplot it will be Troy and Harris, which I hope they do.

Tough Guy, Role Model and the Long game could be one season, hopefully with more episodes.1 main story, 2 subplots. But they might skip Tough guy and just gor for The Long Game + Role Model as subplot.
Assuming the main focus will stay on Shane and Ilya, Iām not sure if all the books have as much effect on their story. I think Troy and Harrisā story could be cool because of their proximity to Ilya and MAYBE Ryan Priceās story (if they want to focus on the mental health aspect and also because he was already referenced in the show). Like Scott and Kipās story made sense because they are literally the Game Changers, they changed things for Shane and Ilya, so I think that perhaps any further subplots would need to support their story as well š¤ how ever, Jacob Tierney is a wizard, so I think anything heās going to do with the books will be amazing!
I hope they don't jump 10 years!
Season 2 should be an extension on Season 1 into Ilya moving to Canada, setting up the charity etc.
The next book in the series jumps TEN YEARS — which would be terrible!
I hope the new book is what happens during the 10 years in between the 2 heated rivarly books
I love this, because after reading all the books tough guy, role model, and the long game are mostly all interconnected.
Im hoping they skip book 3 and maybe even book 4. Both really dont help the main story line at all. The 5th book has a ton of ilya in it so that needs to be in there because of big stuff that happens to ilya and shane.
