The show starts at Noon EST time. Drew McIntyre and Sami Zayn face-to-face and a Carmelo Hayes United States Championship open challenge were advertised.
The show opened with a promo from Cody Rhodes. Cody put over the energy of the fans and then talked about Drew McIntyre’s actions at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Cody talked about wanting to win the Royal Rumble for a third time (this got boos) and challenge McIntyre, although Cody noted that his friend Sami Zayn could end up as champion. Cody also teased the idea of challenging CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Randy Orton came to the ring to confront Cody. After expressing his love for Saudi Arabia, Orton said a desperate Cody is dangerous. However, Orton stated that “nothing is more dangerous than a viper chasing #15.”

Jey Uso ran down to the ring and proclaimed that he would win the Rumble, and then Sami Zayn also came out. After speaking in Arabic, Zayn commented on his three goals for the Rumble: win the WWE Title, beat McIntyre for the first time, and remain undefeated in Saudi Arabia.

The Vision were next to interrupt the segment. Paul Heyman said he saw no Vision in the ring and claimed that everyone in the ring would lose. The crowd chanted “shut the f*ck up” at Heyman. Orton responded by challenging The Vision to a four-on-four match, which General Manager Nick Aldis made official.
“I don’t have a spoiler, I don’t have a prediction, I have a DARE! I date the 4 of you to pull your heads out of Paul Heyman’s ass, walk down this ramp, get in this ring, for a good ol’ Saudi Arabian ass kicking!”

Rey Fenix answered Carmelo Hayes’ open challenge for the United States Title. Fenix used his high-flying offense, such as a corkscrew plancha, to gain the early advantage. After the commercial, Carmelo gained control with a jumping DDT. The two traded kicks, and both men ended up down. After another commercial break, the back-and-forth action continued. After connecting with the First 48, Hayes delivered Nothing But Net to secure the win.

Backstage, The Miz told Ilja Draganov that he has no beef with him. Ilja shook his hand but tightened the grip and vowed to hurt him.
Backstage, there was a comedic segment with Aldis and R-Truth’s balls. Damian Priest was confirmed for the Rumble, and he drew a number. R-Truth, after seeing the number, said “my bad” and offered for Priest to draw again, but Priest said it was just more time to “throw fools out.”
Backstage, Drew McIntyre said Sami Zayn was stupid for competing in a tag match for the Rumble. McIntyre said he’ll do whatever it takes to retain his title.
Backstage, Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky said they would stay friends regardless of what happens in the Rumble. They were confronted by Giulia and Kaiana James. After Giulia and Iyo exchanged words in Japanese, Lash Legend and Nia Jax announced that they would also be in the Rumble. Everyone started yelling at each other.

Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss cut a promo in the ring. Charlotte said she’s winning the Rumble and that there’s nobody better to have by her side than her friend Alexa. Alexa said she had the same plan, except she (Alexa) is winning the Rumble and not everything is about Charlotte. Things got heated, and Liv Morgan came out with Roxanne Perez and Raquel. Liv mocked them for fighting and said one of the Judgment Day women is winning. Charlotte and Alexa called them out for a match. Liv teased it but said they have better things to do. Aldis said “not so fast” and ordered two of them to compete.

Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss were able to work well together against Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez, but then Raquel tripped Alexa from the outside. Judgment Day worked over Alexa for a while, but then Charlotte tagged in and came off the top rope with a crossbody to both Liv and Roxanne. Charlotte delivered a moonsault to both women, but Liv managed to kick out. Raquel got on the apron, but she was knocked off by Stephanie Vaquer. Alexa then pinned Roxanne with Sister Abigail to pick up the victory.

Backstage, Jordynne Grace cut a promo about the Royal Rumble but was attacked by Jade Cargill. Grace fought back, and officials had to separate them.
Axiom faced Johnny Gargano in a singles match. Prior to Gargano’s entrance, he was notified by Aldis that Candice LeRae was banned from ringside and Axiom would get his mask back if he won.
During Axiom’s entrance, a graphic was accidentally shown for a second that revealed Bron Breakker as the #1 entrant for the Men’s Royal Rumble. Gargano gained the early advantage and posed with the mask. After the commercial break, Axiom was able to make a comeback. Axiom grabbed his mask, but that brief distraction allowed Gargano to regain the advantage. Gargano ripped off the mask Axiom was wearing, but Axiom put his old mask on and won with the Golden Ratio.

Backstage, Ilja Dragunov questioned Carmelo Hayes’ friendship. Dragunov said that after he beats The Miz, he wants another United States title match.
Backstage, Trick Williams vowed to win the Royal Rumble.
AJ Styles came to the ring for a promo. Styles said he wasn’t worried about his career being on the line, and he vowed to kick Gunther’s teeth down his throat. Styles teased his own retirement tour against names such as Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and CM Punk. Gunther suddenly appeared at ringside and stood on the announce desk with a microphone. Gunther said he will make Styles tap out at the Rumble. Styles responded by saying the last time he remembered, Gunther tapped out like a bitch. An angry Gunther got on the apron but then backed off.

Backstage, Tama Tonga said the old Shinsuke Nakamura he knew would have beaten Styles and said maybe Nakamura should retire as well. Nakamura responded by challenging Tama to a match next week on SmackDown.
Ilja Dragunov faced The Miz in a singles match. Miz was able to counter a deadlift suplex attempt and gain the upper hand. After the commercial break, Dragunov made his comeback, but Miz stayed in the fight and kicked out of the Constantine Special. Miz regained the advantage, but then Dragunov caught Miz with the Torpedo Moscow, followed by the H-Bomb for the win.

In a video package, Solo Sikoa said the Tag Team Titles were for his family. Solo also stated that he was going to win the Royal Rumble, but his video was interrupted by a Wyatt Sicks video. Bo Dallas said Solo’s greed would be his demise.
The main event was The Vision (Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Austin Theory, and Logan Paul) vs. Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Jey Uso, and Sami Zayn.
