Katie Price’s new husband has challenged her ex Alex Reid to fight “anytime, anywhere” after wedding dig. The mum-of-five tied the knot with Lee Andrews last week in a whirlwind romance.
Since then, her former husband Alex has spoken out about what he thinks on the quick wedding. Alex made his own feelings clear as he labelled the marriage as “irresponsible”.
Speaking out, he said that he wished the pair “good luck” in their relationship but then went on to discuss his own issues he’s had with Katie. Alex mentioned that Katie allegedly owes him money as well as other people as well.

The Sun reported he said: “It’s irresponsible on your family and the children to marry someone you don’t know. I genuinely wish the man good luck marrying her. He could help her pay her debts and be accountable with money.”
“I hope the marriage lasts longer than the court-ordered debts that she still owes me and to many others, demonstrating accountability and responsibility. It’s not really her strong point. Maybe, he could be the best thing in the world to happen to her.”
Alex, who divorced from Katie back in 2012, was a professional in mixed martial arts from 2000. Katie and Lee got married in Dubai just days after meeting each other for the first time in person.
Not only was the quick marriage a shock, but many were also surprised to see Katie had split from her boyfriend of two years JJ Slater, which she confirmed just 11 days before announcing her engagement to Lee. Lee has now challenged Alex to a fight after his comments. He said he wanted to fight Alex “anytime, anywhere” in Britain, Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Meanwhile, Lee has gone back on his plans to visit his new wife in the UK just days after they got married. He was expected to fly to the UK but has now decided to stay in the UAE instead.
On Wednesday, Lee said he would be flying to the UK to be with Katie. He had said: “I’m going be meeting Katie tomorrow in the UK. I just need to wrap up a few things here. She had to get back for her children because she’s a good mother and she’s lovely like that.”
However, now he is staying abroad, he has said that his new wife will join him once again to enjoy some winter sun instead. As Katie is expected to fly back to Dubai, Lee told his followers that he was waiting for Katie to join him. Lee is Katie’s fourth husband and was her ninth engagement.
Despite Katie being married four times in total, this will be her quickest marriage after just knowing Lee for a few days before they decided to make things official.
