This year’s Grammys red carpet has officially wrapped, and stars favoured everything from feathers and bright colours to dramatic blacks and, well, nipples. Some celebrities arrived in stylish fashion, while others wore disappointing pieces; a few even donned wacky costumes ahead of the ceremony in Los Angeles.

Among the best outfits at Sunday night’s event were a theatrical, avian-inspired dress from Lady Gaga, a two-piece look as bright as the sun from Zara Larsson, and an angelic, well-tailored gown worn by Sabrina Carpenter. On the side of the worst outfits? We weren’t fans of the looks worn by Miley Cyrus, Tate McRae and Doechii. Looking at the wildest pieces, Chappell Roan, Heidi Klum and Andrea Echeverri were standouts.

But what do you say? Keep scrolling to read more about the best, worst and wildest red carpet looks seen at the 2026 Grammy Awards. Then, vote in our polls below, and check back in on Monday to see which celebrities Yahoo Canada readers crowned for each category.

Lady Gaga leaned into a neo-gothic romanticism aesthetic for her album, Mayhem. The 39-year-old singer’s theatrical, avian-inspired gown by Matières Fécales — paired with ice blonde locks — was the perfect choice to celebrate her latest album, which earned her seven Grammy nominations this year.

Cyrus has delivered some memorable Grammys red carpet looks in the past. Our expectations were high for the Best Pop Vocal Album nominee, but her Celine ensemble, which featured a leather jacket layered over a button-down, pleated trousers and, quite possibly, the largest brooch we’ve ever seen, was a major disappointment. It was editorial, but bulky — and not suited for the Grammys.

Roan stole all the attention on this year’s Grammys red carpet by jumping onto the naked dress trend, taking the recently popular style to the next level with a look only held up by nipple piercings. The “Good Luck, Babe!” artist’s custom Mugler look was a red wine colour, and its sheer fabric made it as sultry as possible.

Midway through the red carpet, she ditched her matching cape to reveal the entire nearly-nude outfit, along with several striking tattoos across her body. But once she took the stage to present the Best New Artist award (which she won last year), Roan opted for a white Greek goddess-style one-shoulder dress.

Larsson stole the spotlight on the Grammys red carpet with her sparkling two-piece ensemble by Germanier. The Swedish singer’s golden look, handcrafted by 12 artisans, was an homage to her nominated song, “Midnight Sun.”

WORST: Tate McRaeTate McRae at the 68th GRAMMY Awards held at the Crypto.com Arena on February 01, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Gilbert Flores/Billboard via Getty Images)

It’s not an over-exaggeration to say that McRae is one of the best pop music artists in decades. The 22-year-old “sports car” singer-songwriter has delivered hit after hit, but her custom Balenciaga look felt too mature for her first Grammys red carpet. We would have loved to see the Calgary-born artist in something playful that stole the spotlight, rather than an unflattering and ill-fitting look.

WILDEST: Heidi KlumLOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 01: Heidi Klum attends the 68th GRAMMY Awards on February 01, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Kevin Mazur/Getty Images for The Recording Academy)

While there are no fashion rules at the Grammys, Heidi Klum’s Marina Hoermanseder painted leather look felt like one of the model’s infamous Halloween costumes rather than a look befitting the red carpet. The live-edge, structured dress looked like the remains of a melted Barbie doll and was a blatant play for attention rather than a genuine fashion statement.

This angelic look from Carpenter all but proves the songstress has taste. Custom-made by Alessandro Michele for Valentino, the white gown reportedly took three months and four fittings to make.

The bodice featured a stunning beaded floral pattern, while the tiered skirt fell to a train draping behind her. Topped off with a mini sheer capelet over her shoulders, this is one red carpet look that couldn’t get any better.

WORST: DoechiiLOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 01: Doechii attends the 68th GRAMMY Awards on February 01, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Kevin Mazur/Getty Images for The Recording Academy)

For what felt like a muted Grammys red carpet, this unfortunate look from last year’s Best Rap Album winner made us wish Doechii had gone with something a little less out there. The rapper opted for a custom-made look from Roberto Cavalli that featured a 13-foot train that brought the drama, but none of the high-fashion style we wanted.

The burnt orange and plum gown had a tank-top chest, corset bodice and voluminous skirt featuring boho-style hand embroidery. The “Anxiety” artist locked into that vibe, pairing the look with bangles, open-toe shoes and beaded drop earrings for a look that simply felt too messy.

WILDEST: Andrea EcheverriLOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - FEBRUARY 01: Andrea Echeverri attends the 68th GRAMMY Awards on February 01, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Johnny Nunez/Getty Images for The Recording Academy)

Red carpets for awards shows are the perfect time to make a statement, and Andrea Echeverri seemed to take that rule to the extreme. The Colombian singer — who’s one-half of rock duo Aterciopelados — wore an outfit made of varying coloured nipples. The shocking look, which follows her 2019 Grammy statuette-inspired outfit, was complete with a black skirt, neon Hello Kitty-adorned sneakers and a headpiece to match her nipple-focused bodice.
