Clea DuVall (Poker Face) and Jorge Lendeborg Jr. (Spider-Man: No Way Home) have joined the cast of HBO‘s The Last of Us for its upcoming third season.

Deadline can reveal exclusively that DuVall will play a seraphite in the adaptation of Naughty Dog’s popular game. Lendeborg will portray Manny, replacing Danny Ramirez, who played the recurring role in Season 2 but could not return for scheduling reasons.

Co-created by Craig Mazin and the game’s Neil Druckmann, the post-apocalyptic The Last of Us was renewed for a third season before Season 2 debuted last April. Mazin, who served as executive producer/co-showrunner alongside Druckmann in Seasons 1 and 2, is the sole showrunner for Season 3 following Druckmann’s departure.

The story in Season 3, which is shaping up to be the series’ final chapter, is poised to be told from Abby’s (Kaytlin Dever) perspective. Dever stars opposite The Last of Us lead Bella Ramsey.

The Last of Us is a co-production with Sony Pictures Television.
