Years ago, Rebecca Ferguson shared that one of her past co-stars yelled at her. There has been a prevailing curiosity about the actor or actress in question, after she said they were number one on the call sheet.
If you don’t recall, she went on Reign with Josh Smith podcast in 2024, where she shared about her work with this anonymous co-star, “I remember there was a moment and this human being was being so insecure and angry because this person couldn’t get the scenes out. And I think I was so vulnerable and uncomfortable that I got screamed at. But because this person was number one on a call sheet, there was no safety net for me. So no one had my back. And I would cry walking off set.”
She claimed they said things to her like, “You call yourself an actor?” and “This is what I have to work with?” She recalled, “I stood there just breaking.”
In a new interview, published today (February 5), Rebecca spoke again about the incident.
“It was so scary. I didn’t know then how to go, ‘Hey, can I talk to you privately?’ Now, I would want to believe that I could have taken this person aside,” she told Harper’s Bazaar UK. “A lot of people say that we’ve become too woke, but I think, no, it’s great. The pendulum needs to swing to the other side so that we can find a balance in between.”
