There's only one, and it's Dr. Peter Benton of Chicago County (ER). He was a prick sometimes but he had the skills to back it up. He lacked bedside manner and was very detached from patients but I appreciate that bc it allowed him to see things medically/objectively. He rarely let his judgement be clouded by personal feelings. And he's very attractive.
