All three pieces totaled 306 carats. Reimagined for Carey's performances, all the pieces (which took "hundreds of hours" of work) featured their own stunning diamond — or in some cases, diamonds. The necklace itself included one large center stone surrounded by smaller diamonds. The earrings boasted four each, and the bracelet was made up of over a dozen.
