Im sorry the sister and her brother seem very off
I apologize if I'm not caught up on this situation, but sending out videos publicly telling a kidnapper you'll pay, this just seems odd to me. But maybe I just missed a piece of this story.
Praying for her safe return, but I fear she has passed.
