    Lil Jon Mourns Son DJ Young Slade, Dead at 27 After Going Missing

    DJ Young Slade, son of rapper Lil Jon, has died. He was 27. The musician was first reported missing on Tuesday. Local police later recovered his body from a pond near his Milton, Georgia, home.

      You should consider walking away from someone with a mental illness when the relationship becomes physically or emotionally abusive, severely compromises your own mental health, or if the person refuses to seek help and their harmful behavior continues despite your support, as your safety and well-being are paramount. Walking away isn't giving up on them, but setting boundaries to protect yourself, recognizing you can't "fix" them, and prioritizing self-preservation when the dynamic becomes unsustainable.

      I pray for your family🙏🏻. I found my 20yr old son in his bedroom on Sept 17,2024. I got home from work,took a nap,then went to his room because he normally seeks me out to say hey,and tell what’s going on. So I went to his room to tell him that I loved him,he was gone,he took his life. My only son. Had no idea that this could happen. We talked everyday,we had no clue. I have to look at his picture to remember what he looked like,because the only picture in my mind is what he looked like after taking his life. I now have PTSD,and there’s nothing that can help with that. I will never be the same! Losing a child is the hardest,and worst thing possible,to me! But for Lil’Jon,to lose your child in the National Arena is horrifying. It’s all over the news. He and his family can’t escape it. It’s no longer a private,personal matter. Keep Strong! I’m trying to,but it’s hard😢😢😢
