Olympian’s Ex-Girlfriend BREAKS SILENCE On His Viral Cheating Confession
The former girlfriend of Norwegian Olympic biathlete Sturla Holm Lægreid has broken her silence, after Sturla publicly confessed to cheating on her in a now viral post-race interview on Feb. 10. Following his bronze-medal finish in the 20km biathlon, which combines cross country skiing and rifle shooting, the 28-year-old was asked how he was feeling and responded that he wanted to share his win with someone who “might not be watching today.” Sturla then stunned viewers with an unprompted confession of infidelity. In a letter sent to Norwegian outlet VG on Feb. 11, Sturla’s ex shared that the betrayal was quote, “hard to forgive, even after a declaration of love in front of the whole world.”
