Join me for a day in my life creating a displine chart, sourcing groceries at Sam’s Club, creating some winter bouquets to cheer up my kitchen, and sharing some thrifting content. All while chatting about the unexpected ways being a Mennonite has shaped me and my views and tactics with money. Money. It’s something that affects all of us, and having healthy habits and perspectives on it is truly priceless. You won’t find these view points on social media too often, but that doesn’t make them any less true! If you are a stay at home mom (or want to be,) living on one income (or wanting to), or just feeling stuck, this one’s for you!

Hi from South Africa. Love your videos Megan. South African coins are called cents. This was a great video😊😊
The flowers were gorgeous. ❤ I’m thankful for my family, my church family, and the goodness of God. ❤
Megan, what I LOVE is your modest dress. Oh how we need that today.
I live this channel thank you you are a real blessing
Thanks for your tips.
Looking forward to watching.
❤ xo
You are SO right about being part of a Bible believing church, the family, community is amazing!! Loving Jesus PRICELESS
Hi Megan. Our coins are called cents and our dollars are called tt dollars her in Trinidad 🇹🇹 West-Indies.
I love my "coffee can" money. That's what my hubby calls the funds I squirrel away. We set a firm budget for household things. If I come in under budget on groceries or we save on electricity or water…I squirrel that money away in a coffee can if we go over we take from the can. I am crafty so if I sell a craft the profits go in the can. So every year we do a quick year end check and count that can…it is so satisfying to see what a year of saving looks like.
I am slow to adopt trends as well. I have the wait and see attitude. My momma always taught us to wait a week and see if we still wanted the thing we were asking for in store or whatever. I am in dire need of a good thrift trip!!!!
I grew up with a Mennonite live in nanny (Ms Ella) oh how we loved her. We learned so much from her and my momma and grandma. And now I am adding you to the list of inspirational women in my life.
In Norway our currency is called "kroner" 😊 We don't have doordash here where I live in the Arctic and the post is really slow. This helps with not ordering that often online.
I love how you share things like this so I can absorb some of the ways of life that seems right for me. ❤
I am thankful to know Jesus as Savior, for the Word of God, for my family
this was a fun convo! I like the geode part too. Lol growing up I was definitely that kid with the ridiculous sized rock collection underneath my bed and would line them up to show people 😂
You’ve gotta try the chocolate covered strawberry iced coffee recipe that Kailyn Cash made in a recent video! It’s my new favorite. I made one right before I sat down to watch this video haha! I love all of your videos and it’s always a bonus when you include a fun drink! Please keep them coming!🫶🏼
Love the geode idea at the end!
Lovely video, I love hearing about your background! Seeing women with their head covered is part of a reason for me becoming a believer. It lead me into questioning about who God is. Thank you for sharing your life with us! God bless you and your family ❤
What 'mandated vaccines' did Mennonites refuse to have, or pehaps still refuse? It's a real concern to see the rise of preventable illesses and even deaths from very preventable diseases like Measles. Polio too, once so close to being eradicated world wide is apparently on the rise again.
Hey girl- Starting to watch! Love this series!😘 You are such an inspiration Megan😍
