Catherine O’Hara’s Cause of Death Revealed | E! News

Catherine O’Hara official cause of death has been confirmed, with TMZ, citing the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, reporting that the 71-year-old died of a pulmonary embolism, with rectal cancer as the underlying cause. The actress died on Jan. 30, with her reps telling E!
