@flaawsometalk – Hi there Kjersti! I thought the SAME thing re:Blake's retaliation claims, but saw a video by 'Not Actually Golden' who explained the retaliation campaign's causation is valid purely based on the fact that she COMPLAINED about the protected activity of gender bias/sexual harassment. Evidently, BL can be totally off her rocker w/the incidences she considers SH (and the Judge can agree w/the rest of the world that she is & throw out those Actions), but the fact that she perceived the SH conduct to take place and formally complained out it, some really terrible boss/awful employer out there could be disgruntled enough to retaliate even though, in reality, no unlawful conduct had actually occurred.
Hopefully that makes sense; I'd heard other attorneys say retaliation could still be on the table even if the SH claims were thrown out, but they never explained how/why and I never bought it until I caught that NAG video & now I can totally see why it's set up that way….. I hope you're continuing to feel better each day despite that nasty cold you had recently, stay warm and take care❤!
If she was really SH by Justin, Ryan as a supportive husband, should have told her to stop filming and sue him immediately! Any normal family member would do this!

I really wish the judge hadn't dismissed Justin's case with prejudice. I wish the door to sue her for defamation was still open, although I expect after all of this Justin may just want to leave all of this horrible and unnecessary litigation behind him. I hope the judge throws it all out and clearly states she has no evidence and no case because it's all lies. I doubt he'll phrase it like that but that's what she deserves. Her attorneys will chase the pay day, they don't care what's right or true here. I also hope SJ gets what she deserves – she's even more evil and twisted than BL.

The only way out of this is for the judge to toss it out as 'insufficient to meet the standard of law'. If being physically assaulted doesn't meet the criteria, I don't think anything she's alleged will meet the criteria
