Apple Martin is getting candid about her cosmetic procedures.
In a video for Vogue’s Beauty Secrets segment published on Thursday, Feb. 12, the 21-year-old British model shared the best hacks for “an everyday, stressed out college student.”
With a fresh face, she began by depuffing with ice, which she admitted she doesn’t like to do “because it’s really cold.”
“I feel like this is the first time people are hearing me talk,” the daughter of Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and actress Gwyneth Paltrow said while laughing.
The former couple, who were married from 2003 until 2016, are also mom and dad to son Moses Martin, 19.
After washing, using toner and adding anti-blemish and scar repair serum, she was able to move on to moisturizer and make-up.
“Time to come clean,” Apple randomly shared while doing eyeliner. “I got lip filler one time.”
She continued, “I think I got it when I was 18. I just thought that it was too big. But everyone seems to think that I have crazy lip filler. I just pout my lips a lot and I put on a lot of lip liner.”
Without a beat, the model continued applying her eye makeup.
Apple made a lane for herself with her debut on the fashion scene at Paris Fashion Week in January 2023, sitting front row at Chanel’s show wearing the luxury brand from head to toe.
Speaking with Vogue in an interview released that same month, the fashionista confessed she’s never viewed herself as someone who was “super trendy.”
“I love sweaters and oversized cardigans, loafers, and a good pair of comfy Levi’s,” she told the outlet following her appearance at Paris Fashion Week. “The most important thing for me is feeling like my genuine self when wearing an outfit; I’m aiming for a mix of classic ’90s and cool grandpa.”

She also shared what she loved most about the look, which was “the combination of the loafers and the minidress,” noting that she keeps true to herself when it comes to what she wears.
More recently, she’s publicly said how growing up in the spotlight with two famous parents has not made her feel entitled to anything.

“I know this is not a normal way to grow up by any means,” Apple told The Telegraph in October 2025 of life with the Grammy nominated singer and Academy Award winner.
“But my parents did a really good job of instilling in me that I shouldn’t be entitled to anything,” Apple added. “I have to work.”
