Gogglebox star Helena Worthington has shared a rare glimpse into her life at home with her off-screen partner, after they welcomed their second child together.

The Channel 4 star joined the beloved reality show in 2017 alongside her mum Alison and dad George.

Away from screens, Helena, from Manchester, is an artist specialising in sculpting and painting, and a mum to son Edwin and a newborn baby girl.

Helena confirmed the news she had welcomed her second child in an Instagram post weeks ago, and has now shared an update on life at home as a family of four.

She took to Instagram with an adorable video of her partner Dan holding their baby, while squatting around house.

“That’s quite a workout,” he quipped, as she laughed back: “I don’t think you need to go that low!”

She jokingly added: “Feel the burn, come on, I want to see 10 more!”

She wrote in the caption: “I love how the cat is on the changing mat just watching,” as fans and friends rushed to like the video, including Gogglebox star Izzi Warner.

Helena previously shared the baby news on social media, announcing: “Swapping screen time for snuggles (and plenty of nappy changes!) as we welcome our little one to the world. I’ll be quieter on here for a bit while we find our feet. The new boss is here and has already called all the shots.”

She shared some sweet snaps holding her baby, as well as Edwin with his new little sister, as her post was flooded with support. Izzi had written: “Ahh she’s adorable congratulations to you all.”

One fan also wrote: “Oh my gosh, CUTE! Well done, lots of rest,” as another added: “Aww a little girl congratulations to you Helena and your family xx.” Someone else said: “Congratulations to you all. She’s beautiful.”

Helena has previously shared details of her private life, though her partner Dan doesn’t appear on screen with her.

In a previous interview with ilovemanchester.com, she said he was her biggest influencer, commenting: “My partner Dan, he is an amazing artist and has always supported me wholeheartedly.”

She’s also spoken about him not featuring in Gogglebox and keeping their relationship private, saying: “FYI – not that this should matter! I am not 18 I am 29 and my baby does have a father, but I wish to keep that side of my life private.”

Helena announced her pregnancy last year, but not long later, shared the devastating news that her grandmother had passed away, leaving her withdrawing from episodes of Gogglebox.

“I’m not quite sure how to write this post. This week I reached 20k on here, which feels huge and something l’m incredibly grateful for. But it’s also been a really rough week,” she wrote.

Helena continued: “I lost my legendary nana, and because of that I won’t be filming the last episode of Gogglebox this series. My nana played such a huge part in my life and loved me fiercely She was the perfect mix of Dame Judi Dench and the Catherine Tate nana – sharp, hilarious, and she somehow knew the answers to every quiz show question.

“She once flashed a vicar and stole the neighbour’s dog when they wouldn’t give my mum’s football back – which honestly tells you everything you need to know about her. She was a true Queen.”

Helena went on to say: “Every time we met, we talked about Bob Mortimer on Would I Lie To You? , and she never missed an opportunity to tell absolutely anyone she met that her daughter and granddaughter were on Gogglebox. I’m expecting a baby girl in the next month, and my heart aches knowing my nana won’t get to meet her.

“But I know she’ll be part of her in so many ways – in stories, in humour, and in that same strength and warmth. Thank you for being here, for the lovely messages, and for letting me share both gratitude and grief at the same time.”

Gogglebox airs Fridays at 9pm on Channel 4.
