“The Hills” star Stephanie Pratt has brutally turned on her brother Spencer over his run for Los Angeles mayor.

The TV personality launched into a series of attacks on the mayoral candidate on Saturday morning, condemning a vote for him as a “vote for stupidity.”

She warned he was “unqualified” and “inexperienced” and claimed he was only running to “try to stay famous and sell his memoir.”

It comes at a pivot time for Spencer, with his LA mayoral bid ramping up steam and some polls having him at 14 per cent chance to win.

Stephanie, who appears to spend most of her time in London, has been estranged from her brother for years, having fallen out repeatedly when they were both on “The Hills.”

She previously branded Spencer and his wife Heidi Montag as “evil” and “toxic” and their rift has continued since the 2019 reboot of the show.

Stephanie posted on X on Saturday: “Spencer has done great work for the Palisades. But LA does not need another unqualified and inexperienced mayor. A vote for him is a vote for stupidity.

“He’s just trying to stay famous and sell his memoir don’t be fooled. In an ideal world the Palisades would have their own mayor and police department.”

She later continued: “I would love him to be mayor of Palisades but not LA with four million people. I’d be impressed if a republican could turn LA democrats tbh.

“At least hire someone with work experience. I’m WORRIED about LA. I have no problem with Spencer playing government but our city needs help. ***bass sucks.”

The Post has reached out to both the Spencers for comment.

Spencer, whose home burned down during the Pacific Palisades fire, this week further laid out his plans to fix Los Angeles, including taking a hard line on the city’s homelessness problem.

In a blunt interview on his “The Fame Game” YouTube on Thursday with Fox11 reporter Matthew Seedorff, he argued the city has allowed lawlessness and open-air drug use to spiral out of control.

“If I do what some of these people do, Spencer Pratt’s getting 5150’d,” he said, invoking California’s involuntary psychiatric hold law.

“Brittany Spears got 5150’d, and I can take you down Skid Row as there’s 1,000 worse than Brittany Spears.”

Spencer said his administration would ensure public sidewalks were not permanent encampments. When Seedorff asked, “so you’re saying you either agree to get help, or you can’t be homeless in this spot,” Spencer didn’t hesitate.

“100 percent,” he replied, adding that “the streets are not just for people to live with fentanyl needles.”

A key pillar would also be ending city-funded harm-reduction programs that see the distribution of clean needles and pipes.

“My police will arrest you if you’re handing paraphernalia to drug addicts. So, that’s done.”

Pratt also vowed to turn Skid Row into “the hardest place to sell drugs in LA,” mocking the idea that dealers can cruise in on “Tesla’s and Escalade’s” to do business.
