STYLE

London is awash with A-listers; you only have to know where to find them. Of course, there are obviously some London honeypots that are more celeb-prone than others. Shop in Liberty regularly or dine at Notting Hill’s Dorian restaurant enough times, and you’ll spot enough celebrities to last you a lifetime.

But true kudos comes from living silently alongside an A-lister — passing them in Sainsbury’s or standing in line with them at your favourite coffee shop. Bothering them or asking for photos is a no-no. Love thy neighbour rings true for every Londoner, even if they are a red carpet regular.

So, who is your representative in the celebrity United Nations of London? We’ve broken down some of London’s most glitzy residents by borough to help you identify your most famous local celeb. You know, just in case you wanted to prepare yourself for a potential run-in with Harry Styles or Charli xcx at the pub.

Harry Styles

This may come as a surprise to some Barnet residents, but borough boundaries actually decree that Harry Styles’s north Hampstead lodgings likely fall within the borough of Barnet. The Aperture singer might spend most of his time abroad (see: his recent gap year, which included the Tokyo marathon and trips to Berghain in Berlin), but he always returns to his north London base. Styles owns a complex of houses in the area, which he seems to be constantly expanding. Local residents are most likely to see him buying croissants at a local bakery, swimming in the Hampstead ponds, or riding around on a Lime bike.

Charli xcx lives in Hackney? Spare me the surprise. The boundary-breaking dance-pop queen is obviously based in the capital’s trendiest borough, having openly expressed her love of local hotspots like The Castle Cinema and Artwords Bookshop. The borough even experienced its own version of a Royal Wedding last summer when Charli xcx married The 1975 drummer George Daniel at Hackney Town Hall in July 2025. The ceremony was followed by Italian food at Dalla in Hackney Central, then cocktails and cigarettes at Ellie’s in Dalston.

Kensington and Chelsea: David and Victoria Beckham

David and Victoria Beckham have called Holland Park home for several years, having purchased their £31.5 million mansion back in 2013. They spent three years renovating the property, enlisting the help of interiors juggernaut Rosie Uniacke, before eventually moving in in 2016. In 2018, Architectural Digest reported that the house was designed around the Beckhams’ four children, while also aligning with Victoria Beckham’s love of monochrome and neutral colours. The Beckhams also have properties in the Cotswolds (Chipping Norton, near Soho Farmhouse), Dubai and Miami, thanks to David Beckham’s position as co-owner of Inter Miami football club.

Richmond upon Thames: Zendaya and Tom Holland

Richmond residents, I hope your dog walking ‘fits are on point, because you’ve got quite the local competition. The area is home to A-list actor lovebirds Zendaya and Tom Holland, who split their time between here and California, where Zendaya is from. The stylish pair reportedly purchased their £2.5million six-bedroom property back in 2022, and they’ve kept their London life pretty lowkey since then. They’ve been spotted doing various “normal Londoner things” over the years, be it dog walks around Richmond Park, purchasing sweet treats from the local Gail’s, sightseeing at Hampton Court Palace, or shopping at the local Waitrose.

Kingston upon Thames: Stormzy

Big Michael may be a Croydon boy by blood, but he’s a Kingston boy by postcode, as far as recent reports can tell. The Vossi Bop hitmaker actually doesn’t live too far from Tom Holland, a revelation that came up during their 2019 appearance on The Graham Norton Show, with Holland telling Stormzy: “My mum sees you walking your dog all the time!” Lucky residents can occasionally spot the rapper’s tell-tale Rolls-Royce Wraith around the local area, a sure-fire sign that Stormzy is in the house.

Camden: Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz

The London Borough of Camden is a wide-ranging one, encompassing everything from King’s Cross and Bloomsbury to Finchley Road and Frognal. It also includes Primrose Hill, the starry tip of Regent’s Park that plenty of A-listers call home. The most notable is surely 007 himself, Daniel Craig, who reportedly lives in the area with Rachel Weisz, the Academy Award-winning actor and Craig’s partner of 15 years. The pair also live with their young daughter, Grace, who is seven years old. The family are believed to occupy a Grade II-listed five-bedroom Victorian terrace house that dates back to 1840. They recently applied for planning permission to undertake some renovations, but locals had other ideas.

Liam Gallagher

Another one that might surprise local residents, but the boundaries of Haringey actually stretch all the way from the throat of Finsbury Park to the tip of Muswell Hill, which means it encompasses the majority of Highgate, the area which Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher calls home. Gallagher has lived in the area since 2020, when he purchased a £4.1m five-bedroom mock-Tudor home near Highgate Wood. According to reports from the Ham & High, the Slide Away singer has become a big fan of The Prince of Wales pub and local curry house Kipling’s during his tenure in Highgate. As of 2026, Gallagher splits his time between London and the Cotswolds, where he purchased a £4.2m mansion last December.

Action hero Jason Statham and model-turned-beauty-mogul Rosie Huntington-Whiteley are well known residents of Dulwich Village, the leafy, affluent enclave in the borough of Southwark. Following a brief search for properties around Chelsea in 2020, the couple were reported to have moved to the Dulwich area around 2021, and have stayed put ever since. Taking tips from Victoria Beckham, they too enlisted the help of Rosie Uniacke to consult on the interior design of their home. In the most Dulwich move ever, the pair got into hot water with locals last year when they landed their helicopter near a local riding school, “scaring” some of the horses. Someone crank out the world’s tiniest violin.
