My goodness Jesus… its a grave lake. in the middle of the city 😱 That area is all contaminated and must have a health department permit to work there, it can take time. That being said is the right thing to do as if is 1 or 100's bodies in the late, the city will need to have enough morgue space for those bodies so the forensics can determine the real cause of deaf.
