US Attorney General Pam Bondi has published a list of more than 300 politicians and famous people mentioned in the materials on the case of notorious financier Jeffrey Epstein. Earlier, Bondi and her deputy Todd Blanche sent a letter to the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee Chuck Grassley, his colleague from the House of Representatives Jim Jordan, as well as their deputies.

“This list includes (as provided by law) all persons in respect of whom two conditions are met: They are or have been public officials or politically significant persons and their name appears at least once in materials published in accordance with the law,” the letter says.

The text of the letter contained a list of more than 300 names, including Bill and Hillary Clinton, Barack and Michelle Obama, Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, British Prince Harry, Bill Gates, Woody Allen, Mark Zuckerberg, Bono and Beyonce.

Bondi and Blanche also claim that the Ministry has released all the materials in its possession in accordance with the law.

“No materials were hidden or edited”for reasons of embarrassment, reputational damage or political sensitivity, including with respect to any government official, public figure or foreign high—ranking person,” the letter says.

On Wednesday, during a dialogue with lawmakers, Bondi actively defended the results of her work as head of the Ministry of Justice, at times the hearings turned into an open verbal confrontation. The Wall Street Journal newspaper focused on the criticism of Bondi, which caused tension, for the approach of her department to the publication of documents on the Epstein case.

Blanche on January 30 announced the completion of the publication of materials on the Epstein case. The total amount of published data exceeded 3.5 million files. In 2019, Epstein was charged in the United States with trafficking minors for the purpose of sexual exploitation, in July of the same year he died in prison, the investigation concluded that he committed suicide.
