And now his injury, and then when he came back, they still gave him his job, he just wasn't good at. So it's not her fault, is his fault. He shouldn't have come back to work. If he knew he can perform as well as he did before. And if he knew that he should have asked for some accommodations before coming back, but they also have no obligation to make accommodations.If he doesn 't work there.Because he left for whatever reason

This is so sad and I feel for her and her father and family. Sadly, making money through hard work is just half the work. Once we make money we need to make our monet work for us. Through investing and other means. Obviously we dont know how he spent his money, but it seemed like from the daughters words, that he relied on these contracts for his financial reliability. In all, I do hope he and his family can land on their feet. I cannot say that I think Beyonce needs to 'make things right' as she isnt in the wrong. A lot of times we have this expectation that others will look out for us through our struggles, but that simply isnt always the case. Beyonce doesn't owe him anything, but still she might feel like she does and reach out. Whose to know.
