Frozen shoulders are so incredibly excruciatingly painful. I met a fireman who said it was more painful than anything he'd ever experienced including 2 broken legs. Only 17% of patients get a second frozen shoulder. Lucky I had 2.😢

It really is bullshit. That women’s medicine hasn’t come further and that we don’t have normal treatments for menopause because literally it depletes our body of everything
Went to 4 gynos. They said, I need to eat better, try yoga & meditation. I grow my own food & I’ve been a mediation & yoga teacher for 25yrs. Then went to another gyno specifically for perimenopause & to evaluate my hormones. She said she didn’t do that but an NP in the office did. So had to wait 2 months to get in with her. She went over my tests (they were crazy imbalanced) & suggested supplements that I was already taking & that were in my chart & scheduled me with the gyno in the office who could prescribe hormones. Had to wait another 2 months to get in with her. Then she prescribed me some hormones. All this was over a 6+ yr process of going from dr to dr, then trying to get new referrals, waiting for appts, then finally getting passed around to several providers within the same clinic. I’ve advocated for myself, I’ve brought in clear, succinct documentation of my symptoms & current research and I’ve done it all respectfully, yet somehow, it’s met with stubborn resistance. However, My neighbor, a man, went to his dr the other day & got prescribed hormones right then & there. God forbid a man feel tired or can’t get a hard on! The world would end 😵💫
My menopause-age female doctor fist-bumped me at my last appt as we both reluctantly agreed we’re on our own with peri/menopause (this after looking up the cost of the latest hot flash medication, which is not covered by any insurance —$24/pill; 1 pill/day 🤡)
I just saw a video about how men can have endometriosis, but it’s incredibly rare. This just made me laugh bc I think Endo Bruh should totally open for If Men Could Bleed.
And ! Within a week if they squoze their penis'es as their prostate check up like a mammogram: a week later they would be building a completely new machine to test for that😮😊
If men could bleed they would be taking PTO at the very first cramp. And I won't even resort to calling them pussies because pussies are infinitely stronger than those weenies (and I don't mean their dicks.)
