Epstein victims want to see Andrew investigated for sexual assault allegations, lawyer says
A lawyer representing 11 survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse has praised the UK for arresting Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and “showing that no one is above the law”.
However, Lisa Bloom has gone one step further, saying that while his arrest on suspicion of misconduct in public office “matters”, she would like to see him investigated “for the sexual assault allegations against Virginia Giuffre and potentially others”.
Andrew has always vigorously denied any wrongdoing over his links to Epstein.
Bloom told Sky News that her message for Andrew is that “there is nothing more important than your integrity and your legacy”.
She added: “I’ll tell you something – Americans, when we are faced with somebody… who asks for forgiveness, who is honest – we tend to be a very forgiving people, and we give second chances.”
