Marilyn Monroe’s final phone call was on August 4, 1962 (~7:30–8 PM) to friend Peter Lawford (JFK’s brother-in-law).
According to Lawford’s LAPD statement and interviews,
Her voice was slurred and despondent. She said:
“Say goodbye to Pat… say goodbye to Jack… say goodbye to yourself, because you’re a nice guy.”
Then the phone dropped / went silent.
Lawford tried calling back — no answer.
She was found dead ~3 AM August 5.
