When Halle Berry emerged from the ocean in a bold orange bikini in 2002’s “Die Another Day,” she made fashion and film history.
“It lives rent free in all of our minds,” Drew Barrymore told the actress during her talk show on Tuesday.
Valerie Bertinelli clearly agrees, as she couldn’t help but ask Berry about the La Perla swimsuit’s current whereabouts.
“I just have to know … do you have the bikini from ‘James Bond?’” Bertinelli asked the actress.
The 59-year-old actress appeared on “The Drew Barrymore Show,” revealing the fate of that memorable swimsuit. The Drew Barrymore Show

“Yep!” Berry replied.
The Oscar winner’s spoken extensively about the unforgettable costume over the years.
“We tried on so many bathing suits, so many bikinis and so many belts. And this looks effortless, but this was a whole situation, getting this little bathing suit right. Choosing the color and the right fit,” Berry told Vogue in 2021.
“We had a knowing that it would maybe — because it was in a Bond movie — end up being an iconic situation or something that would live a very, very long time.”
And so it has.

When chatting with Barrymore, the 59-year-old shared, “I have never felt better in my whole life.”
A few years ago, Berry hit the beach in a bold orange bikini reminiscent of her Bond-girl two-piece.
And, while not the same citrus hue, the actress recently celebrated her birthday with a series of bikini snaps, modeling a series of two-pieces that had jaws on the floor.
“This is 59,” Berry captioned the post.
