Kristen Bell has been my favorite actress since Veronica Mars so I'm glad she got picked. Would it have been nice if she had gotten to be someone on-screen so we don't just get to hear her voice but also see her? Yes, but I'm glad about this too.

Anyone who doesn't like Kristen Bell being chosen clearly didn't watch MORE movies BESIDES Frozen, in which she voiced Anna. I saw a compilation that showed MORE of Bell's performances, so I have no doubt Kristen Bell is gonna NAIL IT as Amy.
I think they did an amazing job casting Kristen Bell. She'll be perfect for the role. I'm glad they didn't go for the obvious choice this time. Like how fans wanted Jason Momoa to be Knuckles, but they got Idris Elba instead. It was unexpected, but it fit so well. Keanu Reeves was expected as that's what the fans were hoping for. So, I appreciate that the directors went with their gut on who to cast rather than appealing to fans. While I was thinking that Anna Kendrick would be an ideal voice actor, Kristen Bell was a very pleasant surprise, and I love this casting. She seems like someone who'll do the role very well.
I think is amazing Kirsten Bell going play Amy Rose in Sonic 4, she is a great and amazing actress I always liked her from Veronica Mars, frozen, frozen 2 and bad moms. I mean, she wasn’t my first choice. I thought they were gonna pick someone younger. Hell, a lot of people wanted Bell to voice Daisy for the Mario Bros films. But is it REALLY so big a friggin deal?? 😑
I never understood why fans even considered Cindy Robinson, she has great voice acting skills but she has a deeper voice and her voice kinda takes away Amy’s bubbly personality. Not to mention; the voice direction in the sonic games actually sucks, even if Cindy were to voice Amy with no voice direction, she still manages to make Amy sound like another version of Minnie Mouse.

I'm actually one of those fans who actually didn't want Anna Kendrick to voice Amy due to I don't believe she'll match the pitch of Amy's voice that matches her personality. Amy is in her early teens with a medium to high pitch voice range and I don't think Kendrick could match that age range based on her early voice acting. Also the fact people wanted her because she voiced another pink character is not the best reference. If you are gonna refer someone, do it due to their skills. I believe Kristen Bell is the better choice because I think she can hit that range and voice act as a bubbly girl who just wants to be with the hedgehog of her dreams more.
I’m actually happy Kristen got casted. While I would’ve preferred Cindy Robinson to reprise the role, I’m glad it wasn’t someone like Scarlett Johansson because dear god just imagine my rage if that actually happened

Personally, I think Kristen Bell was a great choice. She seems like she can embody Amy’s spunk, badassery, and her romantic side pretty well. Looking forward to hearing her as Amy.

I was also one of those people who was really hoping for Anna Kendrick to get the role, but as a fan of Frozen and what Bell has done as the voice of Anna in that franchise, i'm still very happy with this casting.
Honestly should've been Kimiko Glenn or Anna Kendrick, but hey- anything is better than nothing i guess.
