Forgiveness frees you. Hatred and not forgiving keeps you a slave of the other person. Only Jesus via his mystical body on earth his holy Catholic Church can help you forgive. Forgiveness is an act of the will feelings come in time.
Excellent teaching here. But those little stock video clips have to go.they are terrible and do not help to illustrate the good words here.
