So sad that people have dogs and cant keep them under control. I have a staffordshire bull terrier and he has never gotten out of my back yard and I dont even have him on a chain. He listens to me though. Also hopefully you and your kid was safe through this bud. Where I live a man shot a dog for jumping on his elderly mother and biting her but since the dog retreated and thats when he shot the dog he is now going to court over it. If a dog jumped and attacked my mother or kids I would have as well shot the dog. That should be charges on the owner for not keeping their dog out of the streets where kids and elderly play or walk. Crazy how bad dogs have gotten just in the past decade. We used to be able to walk the streets and not worry about dogs, nowadays our kids cant go outside because dog owners nowadays get dogs feed them and throw them outside because they dont care to take care of them.

A lot of times dogs will be more scared of you if you donโt back down. This dog wanted the baby. If the dad didnโt show dominance it wouldโve pushed right past him. Donโt always work though. There will 100% be a dog that will not hesitate to bite you or people around you.
