It's not the vocal fry. It's the pitch and tone, as well as the cadence. A voice coach can make this lady's voice sound more soothing to the ears. It's really hard to listen to. I had to change the channel. If Margaret Thatcher could improve her voice, anyone can!

Unfortunately you are either a good person or you’re not. You can’t become one. Any action she takes at this point will be performative.
Great interview! I love Samantha! You can tell she’s good people, with a great energy. Really enjoyed hearing her point of view. I have totally noticed how Blake always mentions Ryan too! She does it with all her “friends”.
I rewatched the movie and and I noticed how she made the character have some "smugg" moments and thats when I figured 'ohhh thats actually her, she's not acting. She can not differentiate from her and the character'.
I think the way Americans have treated stars up until recently has exacerbated the toxicity and power imbalances. A listers, and the agents and PR who work for them, are treated like gods and no one says no to them or calls them out on bad behaviour. It helps monsters like Blake and Ryan get drunk on power and use it to get more.
Can you imagine if it was said, “Believe all men”, the absurdity of me-to to say it about women. It’s believe truth and proof.

I don’t see why Justin Baldoni’s career might be ruined. He’s the victim here and has behaved with dignity and kindness throughout. I imagine there might be millions of people like me who will go out of our way to see any film he directs, even if he directs one about the history of gridiron or something similarly unappealing. Blake, on the other hand, no apology will be big enough for me to ever want to see her face again.
I don't think Ryan can come back. We've seen too much of the real Ryan. He's come off as bad as Blake, if not worse. There are so many talented people who aren't jerks ready to take his place. Anyway I will never be able to divorce him from the mean bully he's shown himself to be.

Blake could have gotten away with stealing Justin's movie if that had been all she wanted, BUT IT WASN'T! She wanted the rights to Colleen's books because Blake and Ryan realized Colleen's books sold, people liked them. So Blake wanted to take control of Colleen and her future books. Blake was fantasizing about having complete control over a series of movies. Making a name for herself, having Dominance in the industry. With Ryan boosting his Maximum efforts. She was fantasizing of a big powerful future, so Blake filed her law suit going for the gold, TOTALLY UNDERESTIMATING Justin. Thankfully Justin saw the writing on the wall and started documenting his defense because he realized Blake was a VERY EVIL SELFISH SPIRIT. Truthfully, I would NOT MISS Blake, Ryan or TAYLOR. But that's just me. I know I will NEVER support those 3. I will NEVER WAIST 1 red cent on those 3. They will NEVER get my money.

If we remember Blake attempted to exhort Taylor for her support which makes me wonder what Ryan has on Hugh for his support. Their togetherness at Wrexham looked like one of those badly acted SNL skits. Trying too hard to be likeable and hammy acting.
