    1. Especially with middle- and low-level management…it's NOT hard to be a decent person. They people who worked under me were always willing to help and thats because I never made them do MY job and treated them with respect. It's so basic and yet so rare.

    2. Ngl I'm so glad I have a good manager on most days I work retail. He's chill and sometimes helps me out when things get bad on aisle zones, taught me everything I know about zoning personally, actually.

    3. Too bad so many good people gotta find other places to work, or keep working at the current job just because theres no where to go at that time, if management would be overall better, then the problems would stay at the minimum, right now im on the way of applying my resignation because my damn manager had to humiliate me in front of the shift for a small mistake, which, that mistake is because of him, since he said previously that thing i got yelled for its not something i should be focusing on.

    4. I actually got scolded by upper managment for not being more like they are and now after the third time of being called in to be told " I should stop taking the staffs side " I'm now demoting myself next month.

Those same staff are the ones that pushed me to management in the first place and now the bosses want me to treat them like crap? No mate.

    5. How my current manager is she doesn’t really help out at all but asks me to come in to cover shifts all the time but then we have the other managers all help out when it comes to anything reminds me to take a break and if I’m short on money will pay for the amount I’m short by
