How Michael B. Jordan Reacted to Racial Slur Outburst at BAFTAs (Source)

The BAFTAS, the UK’s version of the Oscars, turned controversial, after an attendee with Tourette’s syndrome interrupted the ceremony. John Davidson, who’s life with the motor disorder inspired the nominated film, ‘I Swear,’ shouted out the n-word while ‘Sinners’ stars Michael B. Jordan and Delroy Lindo took the stage to present. A source telling ET, the pair found the incident ‘jarring and disappointing,’ though Michael is said to overall still be in good spirits.

    1. Tourettes lets out your inner thoughts… So that was not accidental, just revealed his beliefs on a public stage and if it was about any other group. It would not be brushed off this carelessly

    2. Alan Cummings with the half considered if you were offended. He is the victim and so are the 2 men on the recieving end of it. Alan out here giving hunger games 😂

    3. 😊 Welcome 2 Europe Good Lad ⛫. That's how they get down. You can tell him off in the pub after over ah pint and I'm sure you'd have much more material + offensive banter to say about that tourettes prick than he has to say about you. MBJ is definitely witty + clever.

    4. If anyone looks up the science behind this form of tourettes syndrome, you would know its involuntary…"It results from "faulty wiring" in brain regions controlling inhibition, particularly the basal ganglia and limbic system, often acting as a release for building tension"…limbic system controls emotion which is high high strung emotive language is used, and basal ganglia regulates voluntary motor movements, procedural learning, habit formation

    5. They edited out other moments, but kept the N word incident, yea, ok so racist outburst is part of Tourette’s, but he couldn’t yell not one single positive thing….GTFOH! If you let people play in your face they will.
Did he also yell out any homophobic slurs? I bet not…..
