A professional masseuse has alleged she provided a naked massage to Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor inside Buckingham Palace, with payment made directly from a royal Coutts account.
Monique Giannelloni, originally from South Africa, claims she was brought into the late Queen Elizabeth II’s official residence in June 2000 after being recommended to the then-Duke of York by Ghislaine Maxwell.
The masseuse has supplied documentation claiming the £75 fee was settled by the Palace.
This alleged encounter occurred just months before Mr Mountbatten-Windsor took up his position as UK Trade Envoy in 2001, a role he maintained until 2011, when his association with convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein forced his resignation.

Ms Giannelloni claims she was permitted entry to the Palace without undergoing any security screening.
According to Ms Giannelloni, her connection to Mr Mountbatten-Windsor came through Maxwell, who had obtained her contact details through unknown means.
The masseuse claimed that Maxwell’s New York secretary initially reached out to arrange an appointment. During one of her two sessions with the socialite, Maxwell made a declaration.
“I am going to introduce you to someone more famous than God,” Maxwell told her.
Ms Giannelloni described an unsettling encounter at Maxwell’s residence where Epstein remained present throughout the massage, with the pair allegedly discussing the purchase of an island for approximately £20million.

“I didn’t know who Ghislaine or Epstein were,” she continued to tell the Mail. “I obviously knew Prince Andrew, but at the time I had no idea about their associations or what they were involved in.”
Shortly after Maxwell’s promise, staff from Mr Mountbatten-Windsor’s office allegedly contacted Ms Giannelloni to arrange the Palace appointment.
Upon arrival, a valet escorted her to Mr Mountbatten-Windsor’s private quarters, with no security personnel stationed either inside or outside the room.
“I got to the room, and Andrew was stood there in a robe,” she claimed. “After saying ‘Hello’, he disappeared to the bathroom and came back in the nude.”

The masseuse admitted feeling uncomfortable at the unexpected situation. “I averted my eyes, and I was quite embarrassed,” she said.
Despite her initial discomfort, Ms Giannelloni maintains the encounter was otherwise unremarkable, describing Mr Mountbatten-Windsor as “very nice and very gentlemanly.”
The invoice was allegedly authorised by Mr Mountbatten-Windsor’s then-personal assistant, Charlotte Manley and drawn from the Royal Family’s Coutts account.
It comes as authorities are currently examining allegations that Mr Mountbatten-Windsor exploited his trade envoy position to pass confidential information to Epstein and other wealthy associates.

Mr Mountbatten-Windsor was taken into custody last Thursday at Sandringham, where he underwent hours of questioning at a nearby police station.
He has consistently denied any wrongdoing regarding his relationship with the convicted paedophile financier.
Following his dramatic fall from grace, the disgraced royal is expected to withdraw to his new residence on the Sandringham Estate, where his household will be reduced to just a chef and a single valet.
Buckingham Palace declined to comment when approached by GB News.
Mr Mountbatten-Windsor has not responded at the time of publication.
