Princess and Junior Andre have signed up to take part in a popular BBC series, according to reports. The kids of Peter Andre and Katie Price are continuing to find their own feet in the world of showbiz and are said to be taking on the tough reality challenge of Celebrity Race Across The World together .

It’s claimed the siblings have already flown out from the UK to the unknown destination to start filming for the BBC show. It comes as Junior, 20, continues to forge his career in music and presenting, while Princess, 18, is set to star in a second series of her own reality show, The Princess Diaries.

A source claims her success in the first series of her debut solo project had bosses rushing to sign up the duo for the popular show.

“Execs were impressed with the ratings for The Princess Diaries but also how they came across. They’re brilliant signings for Celeb Race as they bring with them a younger audience.

“But bosses are also looking forward to seeing how they cope with the stripped-back style of travelling as they’re more at home in five- star hotels than a hostel.”

The BBC declined to comment. It comes as the pair tried to put speculation surrounding their mum to bed and insisting that as long as she is happy, they will be too. Katie had been slammed by some for appearing to overshadow the success of her kids with her quick-fire wedding.

Katie and businessman Lee Andrews tied the knot in Dubai days after meeting for the first time. And they’ve not claimed to be having a baby together.

But as reports suggest her family are concerned with how quick things have moved, both Junior and Princess tried to shut down the speculation. Asked if they had met their mother’s new husband yet, Princess said: “I’ve not met him.”

Junior added: “Our mum is her own person, she’s her own woman, she’s going to do what she’s going to do and at the end of the day, we’re supportive of her as long as she’s happy. As long as she’s happy that’s all I care about.”

“If she’s happy, we’re happy,” Princess added.
