One of my teachers had a brother who almost died in the virginia tech shooting awhile ago. I remember how seriously she took lockdown drills even saying that the designated hiding spot isnt the actual one and shed only show us in case of a real shooting so only she knew where it was. Or is we were in the auditorium wed do the lockdown drill and shed tell us that if it was a real shooting we would lockdown like that but i stead shed let us out the side door and have us run into the woods. She was an amazingg teacher that cared for her students so deeply!
