Remember Charlize Theron’s interview where she exposed what happens to women in Hollywood

    1. The casting couch has been known for decades. Nothing new. Why do people act like its some newly discovered thing. To make it in Hollywood you have to suck up do what they want then you make it big and they use you the entire way.

If they know they can't use you why would they make you a superstar known world wide. And in some cases if you don't do what they want you don't work in that field. Ever.

    2. Why do it then? Say no, go get a normal job keep your decency no? The seem just as guilty, they don't name the people doing it to them and are more than willing to do it for fame.

    3. One would think that these “AGENTS” ,should be responsible for “Vetting “ these “Creeps “ (Predators ) perhaps , if the “Agencies” are working with these producers ( and they have been warned about this persons behavior ) They should insist on a Bodyguard or companion to overtly prevent “Sexual Assaults” , of their Clients . After all “Clients “ are paying the “Agency “at least 20% . I know that Certified Financial Advisors ( CFA’s ) have fiduciary duties to Research the viability of an “Investment “ for their “Clients “…why not Hold these Talent Agencies to similar “Investigative “ Research requirements , and refuse to recommended producers and directors of questionable , “Moral Conduct” ? Why would you expose your “ Clients “ , to such danger ⚠️ ?

    4. Theron dresses her adolescent male children in dresses. I saw the boys at a fashion show and it was nauseating. She tells them they are not boys- they are girls. It is bizarre and terrifying. She is the last person I'd want to listen to for any advice.
