No one at my school ever disrespected a janitor, that was something you didn't do. Matter of fact, we had a man named Mr. E in my elementary school, who all the kids loved we would all shout Mr. E and give him a high five. When he died later in life, there was a massive funeral for him and a lot of people showed up, he was a good man that would always tell you that he was blessed by God for having such an important job.
